Description:
Broadway Bound! Musical Theater Camp invites young performers to step into the spotlight this summer! Guided by an Artistry teaching artist, students will train in singing, dancing, and acting while working together to create an original musical performance. Throughout the session, they’ll build confidence, strengthen performance technique, and grow both onstage and off in a supportive, creative environment. At the end of the session, guests will be welcomed to an exciting final showcase where students share their hard work and star power! Please note that participants will be grouped by grade level (unless otherwise requested).

Description:
Create your very own masterpieces in this exciting visual arts camp for students entering K–6! Throughout the week, students will explore a variety of art mediums—such as painting, drawing, mixed media, and more—while stretching their creativity and imagination. From experimenting with new materials to developing foundational art skills, there’s something for every young artist in this hands-on, week-long camp. At the end of the session, families are invited to a gallery walkthrough where students proudly showcase their work. Please note that participants will be grouped by grade level (unless otherwise requested).

Description: Ignite your artistic passion this summer in Artistry’s Teen Drawing & Painting Intensive! Whether you’re looking to refine your technique or explore new creative approaches, this camp is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills in a fun, supportive environment. Throughout the week, campers will dive deep into the fundamentals of drawing and painting, working with a variety of materials such as charcoal, graphite, watercolor, and acrylics. This camp is the perfect opportunity to explore new techniques, grow your creative skills and make lasting memories in the world of drawing and painting.

Description: Artistry’s Teen Pottery Intensive is perfect for teens ready to explore clay through a hand-building–focused experience. In this week-long, half-day camp, students will dive into slab work, coiling, sculpting, and surface design, potentially with limited introductory time on the pottery wheel. From creating expressive sculptures to crafting functional pieces and exploring glazing techniques, each day offers a new chance to develop skills and bring ideas to life. This intensive gives teens a solid, creativity-driven foundation in pottery rooted in the versatility of hand-building.

Description: This week-long teen intensive is designed for emerging teen artists with a passion for the interdisciplinary art of musical theater. Students will work closely with a variety of professional Twin Cities theater makers and expand upon their skills in acting, singing, and dancing. In addition to rigorous training in the classroom, students will also have the opportunity to engage with actors and creatives involved in Artistry’s summer musical, In The Heights, in addition to seeing the show together! This camp will conclude with an invited performance, showcasing the week’s work.

Description: Artistry’s Teen Pottery Intensive is ideal for teens excited to center clay on the wheel and build strong throwing skills. In this week-long, half-day camp, students will spend most of their time learning wheel fundamentals—centering, pulling walls, shaping forms, and refining their pieces—while also exploring essential hand-building and glazing techniques to round out their skills. Each day offers hands-on practice and creative exploration for students, in an inclusive and encouraging environment. This intensive gives teens a solid foundation in wheel throwing while encouraging personal expression and growth as young ceramic artists.

Week 6 & 7 (Aug 3 - Aug 14) - 2 WEEK CAMP!
Description: Join us for a two-week musical theatre adventure as students bring the whimsical world of Seussical Jr. to life! Campers will build skills in singing, acting, and dancing while working closely with industry professionals throughout the rehearsal process. This fun, fast-paced camp emphasizes teamwork, creativity, and confidence onstage. The experience culminates in two fully staged performances on 8/14, where students showcase their hard work for family and friends. No audition required—just a willingness to participate and have fun! Please note that campers must be available for the performance date and have no/minimal conflicts with rehearsal days.
